Our Saviour Lutheran church parishioners lead a team of culinary volunteers to bring authentic German meals to the table every year, while offering traditional American treats to please all palettes.
Available in the air-conditioned fellowship hall as well as at the outdoor-covered dining area, the menu will include Sauerbrauten (Marinated roast beef with a vinegar flavor accompanied), Hahnchenschnitzel (breaded chicken breast fillet with a creamy chicken and lemon gravy with onions and mushrooms), Kohlroulade (beef-stuffed cabbage rolls), chicken noodle soup, Brautwurst, hot dogs and German potato salad. A bake sale will also be held and a grill with traditional American fare will be offered. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
